Schedule
- Fully remote within the United States
- Shifts available: 11am–8pm CDT, 1pm–10pm CDT, or 10:30am–7pm CDT
- Some weekends and holidays required
Responsibilities
- Provide empathetic, high-quality customer support via email, chat, and phone
- Troubleshoot software issues and provide clear, concise solutions
- Respond to customer reviews on app platforms
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer needs
- Document bugs, escalate issues, and suggest improvements
- Maintain a productive remote workspace for consistent responsiveness
Requirements
- 1–2 years in customer support (software preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable learning and using new technology quickly
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
- Available to work evenings and weekends
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required
