Schedule
- Full-time, remote work from home
- Independent role requiring self-motivation and accountability
What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls and process orders across multiple channels
- Send order confirmations, provide updates, and ensure accuracy in fulfillment
- Handle special orders, pricing requests, and billing inquiries
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively
- Explain products and services to assist with purchasing decisions
- Manage adjustments, credits, returns, and administrative tasks
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of customer service experience (call center or monitored environment preferred)
- Strong computer skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to de-escalate upset customers
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in distribution or emergency medical/hospital settings is a plus
