Schedule
- Regular full-time (35–45 hrs/week), remote
- Paid training: Mon–Fri, 10:00am–7:00pm EST for 6 weeks
- First post-training schedule assigned based on business needs; may fall 11:00am–11:30pm EST, Sun–Sat (weekends/holidays possible)
- Ongoing shift-bid scheduling quarterly; shifts may vary 6:00am–2:00am EST, Sun–Sat (weekends/holidays, non-consecutive days off possible)
- Must remain accessible via phone, email, and chat during scheduled hours
What You’ll Do
- Handle 2–3 inbound service/reservation calls per hour with accuracy and professionalism
- Process changes to existing reservations promptly and correctly
- Use the Customer Connection approach to deliver a remarkable experience and one-call resolution
- Navigate multiple systems/browsers, live chat, email, and documentation while engaging the customer
- Meet or exceed productivity, quality, and attendance goals
- Join team meetings and trainings to stay current on policies and promotions
What You Need
- Reliable schedule adherence within the stated hours and shift-bid process
- Strong verbal, written, and active-listening skills; comfortable making follow-up outbound calls
- Tech savvy: proficient typing, internet navigation, chat, email, and Microsoft Office
- Focus and stamina to work at a computer/phone for each scheduled shift
- Remote-ready: dedicated, private workspace; reliable internet (≥10 Mbps download / ≥5 Mbps upload)
- Coachable mindset—open to feedback and continuous improvement
