Schedule
- Full-time, remote position within the United States
- Standard office hours, Monday through Friday
- Collaborative environment supporting patients, providers, and payers
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned reorder book of business, ensuring accurate insurance verification and up-to-date documentation before shipment
- Confirm customer information monthly or quarterly, and verify Certificates of Medical Necessity (CMNs) are valid
- Communicate with customers by phone and email about insurance coverage, deductibles, and financial responsibility
- Facilitate communication between customers, payers, distributors, and case managers to complete orders
- Collect and process customer payments for out-of-pocket costs before shipment
- Create purchase orders for distributors
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with Numotion’s policies and federal regulations
- Deliver exceptional customer service, resolve concerns, and provide solutions promptly
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in insurance eligibility verification
- At least 1 year of experience calculating deductibles and coinsurance for primary and secondary policies
- Background in Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance
- Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

- Pay range: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour (based on skills, experience, and location)
