Responsibilities
- Process assigned reorder accounts, including insurance verifications and monthly/quarterly customer updates
- Ensure coverage criteria (e.g., CMNs, authorizations) are met before shipping
- Communicate personalized insurance, deductible, and payment details to customers
- Collect and process payments for out-of-pocket amounts prior to shipment
- Serve as liaison between customers, insurers, distributors, and case managers
- Create purchase orders and facilitate accurate order fulfillment
- Provide excellent customer service, resolve concerns, and document interactions
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with company policies and federal regulations
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required
- 1+ years of insurance eligibility verification experience
- 1+ years of calculating deductibles and coinsurance for primary/secondary policies
- Background in Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance
- Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills
Preferred
- Associate’s degree in a relevant field
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with strong multitasking ability
Work Environment
- Remote (within the US)
- Frequent computer use and prolonged desk work
- Light lifting (up to 10 lbs)
