Schedule
- Full-time, remote role within the United States
- Standard office hours, Monday through Friday
- Collaborative position supporting customer service, billing, and clinical teams
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and faxes, triage inquiries, and route to appropriate contacts
- Communicate with customers about insurance coverage, deductibles, and financial responsibility
- Process new order intakes, including full and accurate insurance verifications and margin checks
- Request, collect, and review order documentation (e.g., Certificates of Medical Necessity, Letters of Medical Necessity, chart notes)
- Coordinate communication between customers, payers, distributors, and healthcare providers to complete orders
- Update MSAMs/ISRs on order status and upload files as needed
- Collect and process customer payments prior to shipment
- Adhere to Numotion’s compliance standards, confidentiality, and customer service principles
- Provide solutions for customer concerns and maintain service as a top priority
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred
- At least 1 year of experience verifying insurance eligibility and calculating deductibles/coinsurance
- Background in Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving, organization, and communication skills
- Comfortable handling sensitive customer and financial information
