Sutherland, a global organization focused on providing the best experience for our customers’ customers, is currently seeking customer-focused, goal-oriented individuals join a new program with one of our largest and most successful commercial real estate customers.

The Role

In this role, you will be responsible for both inbound and outbound calls to/from existing customers, always working to ensure that you are delivering an exceptional experience to every caller. You will provide a variety of services to support consumers including downloading statements; reviewing and applying cash/credit flow against invoices and debits, researching and resolving unidentified or unresolved payments and handling other duties as needed to keep accounts current and in good standing.

These positions pay up to $21/hour, depending upon skills and experience, and offer company-provided equipment. Hours will be 8-5PM EST, Monday-Friday.
