Schedule
- Full-time, 100% remote (U.S. or Canada)
- Flexibility to work in-office or hybrid if near an EverCommerce location
- May require occasional travel to headquarters in Denver, CO or other North America offices
What You’ll Do
- Deliver outstanding support for SalonBiz customers via phone, email, and text
- Provide software training and guidance on best practices
- Troubleshoot technical issues, assist with installs, and learn Oracle SQL Developer
- Build strong, long-term relationships with customers by showing empathy and professionalism
- Reduce cancellations by solving problems quickly and effectively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the customer experience
What You Need
- Minimum 1 year of customer support, call center, or technical software experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer-first mindset
- Critical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using SalonBiz software in a salon is a plus
