Full-time | Fully Remote (US-based)

What You’ll Do

  • Answer inbound calls from patients and provide insurance and payment guidance.
  • Investigate benefits coverage, verify patient information, and document all details in Salesforce.
  • Make outbound calls to discuss payment options and assist with patient enrollment.
  • Maintain confidentiality, meet productivity metrics, and deliver exceptional customer care.

What You Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of customer service experience, ideally in a healthcare environment.
  • Proven success working in a high-volume contact center.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual tools (Outlook, Teams, etc.).
  • Resourceful, patient-focused, and adaptable in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with health insurance, benefits investigations, reimbursement, and Salesforce.
