Schedule & Pay
- Pay: Up to $18.00/hour, paid weekly
- Training Schedule: 4 weeks, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CST
- Production Schedule: Monday–Sunday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM CST
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist members with Medicaid eligibility, enrollment, and benefits questions
- Provide accurate details on plan coverage, claims, and resources
- Guide members through applications, documentation, and next steps
- Document member interactions and outcomes accurately in system records
- Assist with updating personal information and verifying eligibility details
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and follow federal/state regulations
- Collaborate with peers and supervisors to meet performance metrics
- Demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and clear communication on every call
- Stay informed on Medicaid program updates, policies, and system changes
What You Need
- Minimum 1 year of Medicaid experience (within the last 4 years)
- Call center experience in healthcare or hospital setting
- Knowledge of medical and healthcare terminology
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-related software
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
