Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert in customer interactions, providing accurate information and solutions
- Represent GoodLeap with professionalism across phone, email, and other channels
- Upsell additional products and services that meet customer needs
- Document all interactions accurately in company systems
- Handle customer concerns with empathy, patience, and diplomacy
- Escalate unresolved issues to management as appropriate
- Support additional projects and tasks as assigned
Requirements
- 3+ years of customer service and/or sales experience (solar industry experience preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to de-escalate, problem solve, and listen actively
- Flexible, adaptable, and receptive to feedback and coaching
- Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and work ethic
