Responsibilities

  • Represent GoodLeap as a knowledgeable point of contact during customer calls
  • Provide exceptional service and support using strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Identify opportunities to offer additional GoodLeap products to customers
  • Accurately document customer interactions in company systems
  • Handle customer issues with diplomacy and escalate when necessary
  • Collaborate with management to ensure a high-quality customer experience
  • Complete other tasks as assigned by leadership

Requirements

  • 3+ years of customer service and/or sales experience (solar industry preferred)
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Patience, empathy, and strong listening skills
  • Flexible, adaptable, and receptive to feedback
  • Proven reliability and strong work ethic
