Schedule
- Fully remote within Utah, Idaho, or Texas only
- Part-time role
- Requires strong, reliable internet access and a distraction-free workspace
- Desktop or laptop capable of handling 4+ hour shifts and virtual meetings
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via online chat and phone with professionalism and warmth
- Collect and track customer service and technical issue data for internal teams
- Identify trends and escalate to the appropriate department (franchising, tech, customer service)
- Share feature requests and workarounds with team members
- Participate in weekly meetings to review performance and implement feedback
- Support customers in multiple countries
- Follow up to ensure technical issues are resolved
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to learn and operate internal communication and information-gathering tools
- Strong judgment to assess issues and route them appropriately
- Empathy, professionalism, and adaptability to change
- Clear, concise communication skills to protect and represent the Crumbl brand
