What You’ll Do
- Contact assigned customers by phone/email to secure payment on past-due invoices
- Partner with customer contacts and Sales to remove obstacles preventing payment
- Identify and resolve billing disputes using company standards
- Enter detailed account/conversation notes for your customer portfolio
- Research unidentified payments with Finance support as needed
- Perform account maintenance (refunds, credits, write-offs, etc.) when required
- Provide weekly/monthly updates and reporting to management
- Handle other duties as assigned
What You Need
- High school diploma
- 3–5 years of B2B accounts receivable or collections experience
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
- Basic accounting and reconciliation knowledge
- ERP experience required (Oracle and Siebel preferred)
- Calm, professional communication in conflict-heavy conversations
- Strong follow-through and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and spot process improvement opportunities

Pay
- Approx. $24.00 – $28.80 per hour (offer within range based on experience/skills)
