Schedule

  • Remote position available across most U.S. states (not available to residents of CA, NY, or CO)

What You’ll Do

  • Write, edit, and develop curriculum resources including session guides, facilitator manuals, handouts, and exercises
  • Integrate peer-reviewed research with Charlie Health’s clinical model to create structured, evidence-based content
  • Collaborate with clinicians, program leaders, and subject matter experts to ensure content is accurate, engaging, and inclusive
  • Revise curriculum based on feedback, evolving best practices, and client needs
  • Maintain organized documentation, version control, and formatting standards
  • Incorporate culturally responsive and trauma-informed practices throughout all materials

What You Need

  • Master’s degree in a clinical field (Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy) with current or prior licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC)
  • Direct clinical experience required
  • 2+ years in curriculum writing, content development, or clinical programming
  • Deep knowledge of therapeutic models: relational psychodynamic, trauma-informed care, CBT, DBT, ACT, Compassion Focused Therapy
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills—able to make complex concepts clear, warm, and accessible
  • Strong collaboration skills with experience working on cross-functional teams
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and version control
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, and other cloud-based tools
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.; native or bilingual English proficiency
