Make a difference by supporting chaplain-led training events for the U.S. Army’s Building Strong & Ready Teams Program. Western Door Federal, part of the Seneca Nation Group, is seeking a Curriculum Specialist to manage and deliver high-quality instructional materials for events across the Army community.

Schedule

  • Remote role with required travel to event locations (domestic and OCONUS)
  • Full-time, 30+ hours per week
  • Flexible balance of remote work and on-site support

What You’ll Do

  • Develop, adapt, and manage curriculum aligned with approved Army standards
  • Prepare participant packets, certificates, and instructional materials for training events
  • Ensure audiovisual tools and classroom media are functional and integrated into setups
  • Provide on-site support during events, including curriculum delivery and evaluation collection
  • Track curriculum usage, version control, and costs related to production and shipping
  • Contribute input to monthly and quarterly program reports

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of curriculum development, instructional support, or adult education experience
  • Background in military or government training programs (preferred)
  • Active Secret Clearance (required)
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and presentation tools
  • Ability to travel and complete Army security training requirements
