Our Crisis Prevention & Response (CPR) Team is rooted in the mission of A World Without Suicide—ensuring every client feels seen, safe, and supported.
Schedule
- W2 part-time role, minimum 20 hours per week
- Flexible schedule to meet client and team needs
- Remote role, must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Not available to candidates in Illinois
What You’ll Do
- Monitor crisis queues for clients in therapy and group sessions
- Screen risk and collaborate on stabilization planning for high-acuity clients
- De-escalate crises, provide intervention, and ensure safety planning
- Serve as point of contact for crisis triage during group sessions
- Conduct consults with Care Team members and support clinical staff
- Complete documentation in alignment with compliance and best practices
What You Need
- Independent clinical license (required)
- Previous crisis response experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication and de-escalation skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and make sound decisions under pressure
- Proficiency with Gmail, Slack, Dropbox, Zoom, and EMR systems
