Schedule
- Full-time, remote role
- Flexible 40-hour schedule within business operating hours
- All training and equipment provided remotely
What You’ll Do
- Provide financial counseling to clients over the phone in a call center environment
- Help consumers identify solutions for financial hardships with compassion and professionalism
- Manage high call volumes and capture client data accurately in Navicore’s CMS platform
- Deliver services in compliance with NFCC and HUD standards (certification required within 6 months)
- Collaborate with supervisors and peers, remaining coachable and open to feedback
- Multi-task across various systems, including CMS, Outlook, Adobe, and Word
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, call center, finance, case management, or social services
- Strong phone communication skills with ability to manage inbound high-volume calls
- Computer literate, typing speed of at least 25 wpm
- Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free remote environment
- Must pass background check and drug screen

- Time management, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities
- Compassion balanced with direction when counseling clients
- Familiarity with call center productivity standards
