Schedule
- Remote, U.S.-based position
- Full-time, 40-hour flexible schedule within business operating hours
- All training and technology provided remotely
What You’ll Do
- Provide financial counseling to individuals and families experiencing hardship
- Deliver guidance by phone in a high-volume call center environment
- Capture detailed case data using proprietary CMS software
- Assist clients with solutions across credit, housing, student loans, and more
- Maintain certification standards (NFCC and HUD within 6 months of hire)
- Communicate compassionately and effectively with consumers, industry reps, and colleagues
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, call center, finance, case management, or social services
- Strong computer skills; ability to type at least 25 WPM
- Comfortable working full days on the phone in a distraction-free remote environment
- Ability to pass background and drug screening
- Coachable, with strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent time management and multitasking ability
- Compassion balanced with clear direction
- Familiarity with call center productivity standards
