- Full-time
- Fully remote (U.S.)
- Base pay: $48,000–$58,000 annually, plus up to 10% performance-based bonus
What You’ll Do
- Assist with collections of aged past-due invoices to reduce uncollectible balances and support customer relationships
- Post payments (ACH, wire, credit card) to customer invoices in Sage Intacct
- Support daily billing processes for new and existing customers
- Respond to customer inquiries about invoices, payments, and account histories
- Partner with Customer Service to develop strategies for improving customer retention
- Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, and Client Success teams on projects as needed
What You Need
- 1–2 years of credit and collections experience, or a bachelor’s degree
- Strong attention to detail with focus on accuracy and efficiency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage evolving processes in a fast-paced environment
- Professionalism in customer interactions, including during challenging situations
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and enhance existing skill sets
