FTD is seeking an experienced Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our Member Services team. This role focuses on supporting FTD Member Florists with credit card processing, payments, and order disputes while delivering exceptional customer care. Candidates must have prior call center experience in a high-volume environment and be available to work key holidays.

Schedule
- Full-time, remote (Illinois residents preferred)
- Must be based in Central or Eastern Time Zone
- Holidays required: Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas Eve
What You’ll Do
- Manage credit card processing, payments, disputes, checks, and wires
- Verify and onboard new credit card members via underwriting applications
- Respond to inbound customer calls and emails promptly
- Accurately process requests using internal systems and validate member information
- Document all customer interactions in the Member360 system
- Provide solutions by following established policies and procedures
- Stay up to date on departmental memos, training materials, and system updates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance member experience
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1+ years of call center experience in a high-volume environment
- Strong data entry, documentation, and note-taking skills
- Ability to type and talk simultaneously while assisting customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and quick decision-making abilities
- Professional phone etiquette, listening skills, and call control ability
- Comfortable working under pressure with a calm, solutions-focused approach
- Self-motivated, adaptable to virtual work environments
- Proficient with MS Office Suite, including Teams
