What You’ll Do
- Support provider onboarding, credentialing, and re-credentialing across all markets
- Perform and track Primary Source Verification (PSV) and manage credentialing documentation end-to-end
- Maintain multiple databases with sensitive provider information and streamline paperwork processes
- Prepare credentialing applications for committee review
- Monitor renewals for licensure, board certification, DEA, and related policies/enrollments (including CMS)
- Maintain CAQH applications and verification for initial and re-credentialing requests
- Ensure provider data accuracy in credentialing software; generate and monitor reports
- Provide regular status updates to internal teams and coordinate with external agencies
- Perform other related duties as assigned
What You Need
- 1–2 years of credentialing experience (Managed Care, CVO, or Hospital setting)
- Strong knowledge of PSV and preparing provider files for credentialing committee
- Familiarity with credentialing standards (NCQA, Joint Commission, and/or CMS)
- Experience with provider rosters and provider data management
- Working knowledge of third-party systems (CAQH, Availity, CMS tools like NPPES/PECOS)
- Strong written/verbal communication, detail focus, organization, integrity, and work ethic
- U.S. work authorization
- Preferred: experience with CredentialStream (Verity), Credential My Doc, Ecco One App, and/or MD Staff
