Schedule
- Full-time, remote position
- Training: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm PT
- Production: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm PT
- No weekend work required
- Pay: $20/hour, weekly pay
What You’ll Do
- Verify provider credentials through approved sources quickly and accurately
- Process credentialing and re-credentialing applications
- Maintain and update provider data and demographics in databases
- Communicate with providers and office staff about credentialing status
- Monitor delegated entity data and ensure compliance with standards
- Report non-compliance or issues to supervisors
- Protect confidentiality of sensitive information
- Handle other assigned duties as needed
What You Need
- 1+ year of provider credentialing experience with a health plan
- Ability to type at least 50 WPM and 135 KSPM on ten-key
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage high-volume work
- Familiarity with NCQA, CMS, and state credentialing standards
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to problem-solve independently
