Schedule
- Full-time, remote position (HQ in Brentwood, TN)
- Standard business hours, no travel required
Responsibilities
- Monitor provider credentials and licenses, keeping CAQH and payer records current
- Submit and manage enrollments with insurance carriers, including Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid
- Track application status, complete recredentialing, and release claims once approved
- Maintain credentialing software and update CAQH profiles accurately
- Communicate with providers, clients, and payers about enrollment requirements and timelines
- Resolve claim issues related to credentialing and ensure timely payment
- Assist teammates with workload balancing and credentialing projects
- Manage attestations and update payer portals as required
- Identify and document payer requirements and changes to improve processes
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience with provider payer enrollments preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail in reviewing and updating credentialing records
