Schedule

  • Full-time, remote
  • Standard business hours, Monday–Friday

Responsibilities

  • Review and process facility credentialing applications for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
  • Partner with facilities to resolve credentialing questions and ensure smooth processing.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in credentialing systems.
  • Manage recredentialing cycles and track document expirations.
  • Monitor federal and state sanctions/exclusions lists to ensure facilities remain in good standing.
  • Provide compliance reports to the Credentialing Committee and issue formal notices when needed.
  • Collaborate with the contracting department and internal teams to support credentialing operations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; certification or additional credentialing experience is a plus.
  • Previous credentialing or related healthcare operations experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; credentialing database experience a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and confidentiality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
