What You’ll Do
- Process new and recredentialing provider applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with NCQA, CMS, and state standards
- Manage 10–15 behavioral health provider applications daily
- Collaborate across departments, lead audits, and resolve complex problems independently
- Act as a team resource and support cross-functional projects
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- 2+ years of experience with payer enrollment applications, compliance workflows, and regulatory research
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Knowledge of NCQA standards and commercial payer credentialing processes
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Preferred
- Experience with provider enrollment in states such as OK, HI, AZ, WI, MN, CA, WA, OR, or NE
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
