What You’ll Do
- Ensure compliance with NCQA standards for all credentialing and recredentialing processes
- Oversee operations for provider credentialing across Claritev, Beech, and HEOS networks
- Manage recredentialing of non-respondent inventories
- Train and mentor staff, identify improvement areas, and deliver compliance training
- Produce reporting for staff productivity, auditing, and quality assurance
- Collaborate on projects and serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for credentialing operations
- Monitor compliance risks, investigate issues, and implement corrective actions
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of related credentialing/operations experience
- 3+ years in managed healthcare, including project management and supervisory roles
- Actively pursuing or holding CPCS certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of NCQA standards, HIPAA regulations, and state requirements
- Familiarity with ECHO, Provider Data Management, or similar credentialing systems
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and mentor a remote team
Compensation
- Salary range: $55,000 – $70,000 annually
- Bonus eligibility based on performance
