Schedule
- Full-time, remote
- Hourly pay: $20 – $23
- Standard business hours with flexibility based on workload
What You’ll Do
- Complete requests for Medicare, private insurance, and hospital credentialing for physicians and mid-level practitioners across multiple states
- Manage detailed tracking systems for completed and pending credentialing tasks
- Maintain practitioner credentialing and licensing files, documenting all communications during the enrollment process
- Manage provider contracts, fee schedules, and payer relationships while analyzing terms, rates, and effective/expiration dates
- Prepare and deliver regular credentialing and licensing status reports
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance providers, government agencies, and internal stakeholders
What You Need
- Minimum of 3 years of active experience credentialing medical practices or enrolling physicians with Medicare and commercial insurance providers
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Familiarity with CAQH and experience updating provider profiles
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities
- Self-starter with high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
- Medical billing experience a plus but not required
