Primary Responsibilities:
- Help process provider applications and re-applications including initial mailing, review and loading into the database tracking system
- Conduct audits and provide feedback to reduce errors and improve processes and performance
Work independently to resolve standard and non-standard requests - Consult with your supervisor on complex issues and problems
- Collaborate with others on your team

Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma/ GED or higher
- Basic level of proficiency with MS Excel and Word
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years’ experience in credentialing providers, working in provider relations, medical billing or quality management
- 2+ years of managed care or medical insurance experience

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $15.00 to $22.02. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $15.00 to $24.13.
