BroadPath is hiring a Coverage Review Representatives. Coverage Review Representatives will review medication inquiries and assist in resolving customer issues. You will be communicating via phone, email and fax, as well as performing detailed data entry tasks.
Responsibilities
Inbound/outbound calls from members, pharmacists, and various internal departments
Reviewing medication inquiries and contacting healthcare providers for follow-up information
Reviewing provider documentation and accurately interpreting and entering data into the database
Basic Qualifications
Recent experience as a Health Plan Member Service Representative or Medical Billing Specialist
Call Center experience
Data Entry experience
Preferred Qualifications
Previous successful work at home experience
