Schedule
- Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM CST
- Fully remote (must be located in Puerto Rico)
- Starting pay: $12.00–$14.00/hr.
What You’ll Do
- Contact courts for case updates, document retrieval, and status checks
- Communicate with court staff, attorneys, and clients via phone, email, and chat
- Process documents, enter accurate updates, and maintain case records
- Relay court updates to process servers and customers
- Navigate court dockets to find and download case documents
- Work with team members to identify and resolve workflow issues
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year of customer service, call center, retail, or legal experience preferred
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, Outlook, and PDF document handling
- Ability to manage repetitive data entry with accuracy
- Comfortable working in a remote environment using virtual tools
- Quick learner with problem-solving skills
