Required:
A minimum of six months of related experience is required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
About the Opportunity:
- Manage Paper Correspondence: Process and sort daily paper correspondence, ensuring accurate filing and distribution.
- Handle Digital Correspondence: Separate and categorize digital correspondence for efficient management and retrieval.
- Index Documents: Create and maintain an organized index for both paper and digital correspondence to facilitate quick access.
- Ensure Quality: Conduct quality checks on all correspondence and indexing tasks to maintain high standards.
- Front Desk Duties: Cover front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and handling phone inquiries.
- Assist with Document Retrieval: Help other departments locate and access documents as needed.
- Perform Additional Tasks: Complete other assigned duties to support overall office operation
This is a full time, remote position in the SSC – Sarasota Support Department.
