Description
We are looking for a stellar Copywriter to work in the edtech space with our client. As a go-to Copywriter, you will deliver high-quality messaging as the team builds out email, ads, and social campaigns, and would provide copy in other areas of the business where needed. The Copywriter would be available 40 hrs. per week and could be leveraged by team leads in each segment of the business.
This is a contract position through June, with opportunity to extend longer.
Responsibilities:
- Email copy (promo emails, brand emails, automated flows, drip campaigns)
- UX copy (user-facing web copy during booking and checkout flows, etc.)
- Web copy (landing page and other web copy)
- Social copy (copy for Facebook, Instagram, and other social platforms)
- Ad copy (Google ads and other ad platforms)
Requirements
- 5+ years professional copywriting/content writing experience, ideally in the tech sector
- Experience writing for marketing materials
- Create high conversion copy that drives measurable results
- Develop effective material across multiple channels and formats
- Follow style and brand guidelines and understand nuances in voice and tone
- Conduct industry and competitor research when developing copy
- Build copy that resonates with the different segments of our target audience
- Wow us with powerful material that elevates the brand
