Schedule
- Full-time, remote position (not available to residents of certain states)
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST
- Occasional after-hours or weekend work depending on workload
What You’ll Do
- Manage accumulator data, processes, and services for assigned clients
- Update accumulator records accurately and on time to prevent member care disruptions
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams on audits, reconciliations, and program implementations
- Validate and monitor client file feeds, ensuring system accuracy and compliance
- Provide guidance on accumulator processes to internal teams and support client meetings
- Contribute to process improvements, automation, and root cause analysis
- Assist in training material development and system testing for compliance and accuracy
What You Need
- Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage detailed processes
- Willingness to learn technical and operational aspects of pharmacy benefit management
- Ability to work independently with close supervision as skills develop
