The Coordinator-Prospective Student Engagement serves as primary point of contact for all prospective online undergraduate degree program students. This position collaborates with the online student services team to ensure an optimal online student experience that results in increased enrollment yield and offers coaching and other relevant information regarding online SIUE programs. This position manages a phone queue, email account, text messaging efforts, web inquiry submissions, and other inquiry modalities for centralized communication with prospective online undergraduate degree program students. The Coordinator provides exemplary and first-in-class communication and shares relevant, accurate and thorough programmatic information that enables prospective online students to make an informed decision.

Bachelor’s Degree
1 year of experience in a customer service focused rolePreferred Qualifications:
