Schedule
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Monday–Friday schedule (set by management)
- Remote role, available in 2 locations

What You’ll Do
- Serve as a liaison between health plan members, providers, and internal engagement teams.
- Make outbound calls to schedule PCP appointments, annual wellness visits, mammograms, and vaccinations.
- Facilitate mail-order prescription enrollments and relay test results to members.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls (potentially 300+ daily), ensuring accurate documentation in member files.
- Follow approved scripts, departmental procedures, and compliance standards.
- Track scheduling data, report on trends, and maintain high-quality customer service.
- Coach peers as a subject matter expert and assist in training when needed.
- Protect member privacy and maintain HIPAA compliance.
What You Need
- High School Diploma or 2+ years of relevant work experience.
- Previous experience in appointment scheduling or high-volume call center required.
- Familiarity with call center technology (QA, WFM, CMRs, EMRs) preferred.
- Strong MS Office, Excel, and G-Suite skills.
- Proven ability to multi-task and meet productivity goals.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Pay Range
- $17.00 – $31.30/hour
- Eligible for CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentives.
