Schedule

  • Full-time contract role
  • Fully remote within the U.S. (preferred EST time zones)
  • Standard weekday business hours

Responsibilities

  • Lead the re-contracting process for existing Frame.io customers, ensuring smooth transitions into the client’s contract structure.
  • Manage the full annual renewal cycle for a portfolio of small and mid-sized business (SMB) accounts.
  • Partner with Customer Success to identify and drive expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Guide customers through contracting steps, including approvals, procurement, and Deal Desk workflows.
  • Maintain accurate renewal pipeline and customer data within Salesforce.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Sales Ops, and Customer Success to ensure compliance and contract accuracy.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by communicating renewal timelines, deliverables, and next steps with professionalism.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in contract management, account management, or sales operations.
  • Strong Salesforce CRM experience preferred.
  • Background in SaaS environments a plus.
  • Skilled at managing complex contracting processes and multi-stakeholder collaboration.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional, customer-facing presence.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing multiple priorities in fast-paced settings.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay range: $37.47 – $41.00 per hour (W2)
