Responsibilities
- Lead the re-contracting process for existing Frame.io customers, ensuring smooth transitions into the client’s contract structure.
- Manage the full annual renewal cycle for a portfolio of small and mid-sized business (SMB) accounts.
- Partner with Customer Success to identify and drive expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
- Guide customers through contracting steps, including approvals, procurement, and Deal Desk workflows.
- Maintain accurate renewal pipeline and customer data within Salesforce.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Sales Ops, and Customer Success to ensure compliance and contract accuracy.
- Act as a trusted advisor by communicating renewal timelines, deliverables, and next steps with professionalism.
Requirements
- 3+ years in contract management, account management, or sales operations.
- Strong Salesforce CRM experience preferred.
- Background in SaaS environments a plus.
- Skilled at managing complex contracting processes and multi-stakeholder collaboration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional, customer-facing presence.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing multiple priorities in fast-paced settings.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay range: $37.47 – $41.00 per hour (W2)
