What You’ll Do
- Review, negotiate, and manage contracts throughout their lifecycle, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Serve as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders on contractual matters.
- Identify risks, provide mitigation strategies, and advise management on obligations and rights.
- Support government-specific contracts, including Federal, State, and Local agreements.
- Maintain and update the contracts database, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with insurance brokers and internal stakeholders to align with policy requirements.
- Develop internal policies and support Professional Services with client-specific obligations.
- Manage communications via Contract alias emails and Service Now queue.
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (or Paralegal Certificate / equivalent experience).
- 1–2 years’ experience in contracts or legal work (NDAs, BAAs, Event Contracts).
- Experience with Federal and/or State and Local contracts requirements.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail.
- Customer service mindset and professionalism.
- Experience with contracts databases; Salesforce a plus.
