What You’ll Do
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts including NDAs, MSAs, and SOWs
- Manage vendor agreements, identify risks, and maintain vendor systems
- Oversee contract lifecycle management tools to track and store agreements
- Conduct legal research and prepare summaries on laws and regulations
- Provide administrative support to the legal team, including scheduling and reporting
- Act as a point of contact for contract-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with training staff on contract policies and procedures
What You Need
- Strong knowledge of contract law and legal principles
- Proven negotiation skills with ability to secure favorable outcomes
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Sharp attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing/drafting contracts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management tools (DocuSign, Ironclad, Salesforce, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
