Schedule
- Remote role, US hours (20–40 hours per week)
- Flexible schedule with opportunities for holiday and overtime pay
Responsibilities
- Write clear, compelling content for blogs, articles, social media posts, newsletters, ads, brochures, case studies, white papers, and more
- Upload written content and manage publishing schedules across platforms
- Research industry trends, competitor strategies, and promotional opportunities to inform content strategy
- Moderate conversations in social media groups and manage community interactions
- Collaborate with designers and the marketing team to create aligned campaigns
- Generate new content ideas and update existing content for relevance and impact
- Develop and manage email sequences and personalized pitches
- Build a content strategy that improves SEO rankings and drives audience engagement
- Conduct general administrative tasks and support ad hoc projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field, or certification in marketing/business
- Proven content writing or copywriting experience with a portfolio of creative work
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal (C1 level or higher)
- Experience with content management systems
- Knowledge of layouts, typography, print, and web design
- Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, or similar tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Technical Requirements
- USB headset with noise cancellation
- Working webcam
- Computer with minimum 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM
- Primary internet: at least 25 Mbps (cable connection)
- Backup internet: at least 10 Mbps
