What You’ll Do
- Write high-converting copy for nurture sequences, promotional campaigns, and automated email drips
- Create SEO- and GEO-driven blogs to increase traffic and engagement
- Develop social copy for outbound prospecting, ads, InMail, and sponsored content
- A/B test subject lines, email copy, and LinkedIn messaging for optimization
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align messaging with campaign goals and brand voice
- Research audience preferences and competitive strategies to refine content
- Maintain style guides, templates, and messaging frameworks
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in content marketing or demand generation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience working in sales or marketing teams
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Campaign Manager
- Strong direct response copywriting and B2B lead generation experience
- Familiarity with email and social analytics platforms for performance measurement
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
- Proficiency in marketing platforms such as HubSpot and 6Sense
