Job Description

Our client is looking to hire a Content Entry / Quality Assurance temp in support of their project!

  • We will conduct 2 video interviews
  • Remote
  • Pay rate: $30 per hour
  • ET time zones preferred
  • Positions: temporary role focused on content entry and quality assurance.
  • Duration: Approximately 16 weeks (April–July), hours 9-5, max 35 hours a week 

Responsibilities:

  • Enter new award content into the Program Library housed in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), following established content models and standards.
  • Upload and place provided copy, handouts, stock photography, and approved graphics to ensure an accurate, high-quality presentation.
  • Validate that all content renders correctly in the end-user experience and aligns with the designed workflows and page layouts.
  • Flag issues, inconsistencies, or missing assets and collaborate with the team for clarification or resolution.
  • Maintain accurate tracking of completed entries, revisions, and approvals throughout the project timeline.
  • Coordinate workload across both temps to ensure efficient division of content and consistent quality.
  • Support the broader Program Library launch effort by assisting with additional project?related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Tech-savvy, fast learners comfortable navigating digital tools and content management systems (AEM experience is a plus but not required).
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all content entries.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort asking questions or seeking support to keep work moving efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently while also coordinating effectively with a partner role.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Flexible and willing to take on additional duties that support successful project delivery.
