Schedule
- Full-time, remote (U.S.-based only)
- Shift: 10 am – 7 pm PST (including 1-hour break), flexibility required between 6 am – 6 pm PST
- Possible Saturday hours based on business needs
- Must have a Windows-based laptop/desktop with video-calling capability
- Immediate availability
Responsibilities
- Make and receive calls to schedule no-cost in-home health assessments
- Engage in active listening, confirm or clarify information, and handle objections professionally
- Build rapport with members and maintain a positive, empathetic tone
- Use scripts, databases, and tools to manage scheduling efficiently
- Meet or exceed call center performance metrics while delivering excellent service
- Provide product/service recommendations when appropriate
- Attend required virtual meetings with camera on
- Complete additional tasks assigned by the Call Center Supervisor
Requirements
- 2+ years call center experience (target-driven environment preferred)
- Outbound sales experience a plus
- Clear, professional phone voice and strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- MS Office proficiency; 40 WPM minimum typing speed (60 WPM preferred)
- Strong time management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer diplomacy and empathy
- Consistent work attendance and adherence to protocols
