What You’ll Do
- Research missing payments, EOBs, and account details using insurance portals and account data
- Resolve escalated patient/client accounts within 24 hours
- Post payments, denials, adjustments, and allowances accurately into systems
- Balance and close payment batches on time
- Complete special projects and provide coaching feedback to posting specialists
- Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, clients, and internal teams
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 6 years of cash posting experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Consistent quality and attendance performance
