What You’ll Do

  • Research missing payments, EOBs, and account details using insurance portals and account data
  • Resolve escalated patient/client accounts within 24 hours
  • Post payments, denials, adjustments, and allowances accurately into systems
  • Balance and close payment batches on time
  • Complete special projects and provide coaching feedback to posting specialists
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, clients, and internal teams

What You Need

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 6 years of cash posting experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential information
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Consistent quality and attendance performance
