- Full-time with performance-based incentive opportunities
What You’ll Do
- Respond to and resolve patient and client escalations regarding balances and payments within 24 hours
- Research missing payments, EOBs, or insurance information to resolve issues quickly
- Post and reconcile Accounts Payable deposits, 835s, EOBs, adjustments, and denials
- Investigate and analyze escalation root causes, reporting coaching opportunities to Posting Managers
- Handle special projects and maintain high accuracy in all posting activities
What You Need
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum 6 years of cash posting experience
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- High attention to detail and excellent judgment in sensitive matters
- Proven reliability: average QA score of 90%+, strong attendance, no disciplinary actions
