This is a frontline leadership role for someone who can coach performance, keep a team motivated, and protect the customer experience when things get hectic. You’ll supervise and job-coach Customer Service Reps, while helping drive hiring, quality, and metrics on a consistent 2nd shift schedule (11:00am–8:00pm ET).

Schedule

  • Full time
  • 2nd shift: 11:00am–8:00pm ET
  • Remote (Statewide): OH, AZ, FL, NC, TX

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, mentor, and coach CSRs to consistently hit team goals and quality standards
  • Monitor calls and provide real-time feedback through meaningful coaching conversations
  • Track performance against goals and take action when results fall short
  • Build culture through incentives, contests, and activities that keep the team engaged
  • Support staffing by driving recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
  • Jump in to assist with incoming calls during peak volume and help resolve escalations
  • Proactively address client issues and support workload coverage as needed

What You Need

  • High school diploma/GED required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred)
  • 1–2 years of leadership experience in a call center environment
  • Strong customer service leadership skills and ability to build trust and openness on a team
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office and web-based applications
  • Ability to be mobile as needed to support associates (walk/sit/stand)
  • Nice to have: automotive or insurance knowledge; CCC estimating software familiarity
