First Advantage (NASDAQ: FA) is hiring a Health Concierge Specialist to support Drug & Occupational Health screening requests as part of their Clinical Concierge Team. You’ll be the go-to contact for a client and their candidates, coordinating services, answering questions across channels, and keeping the screening process moving smoothly.

- Shift: Monday–Friday, 11:30am–8:00pm EST
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the dedicated point of contact for a client and their candidates needing help with drug and occupational health screenings
- Research and call collection sites/clinics to match candidate needs with the right options
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, text, and Salesforce
- Register applicants for services and track completion through the process
- Enter data for lab results, physical exams, and breath alcohol tests
- Troubleshoot technical issues tied to drug order fulfillment/operations
What You Need
- High School Diploma/GED (Associate degree or 2 years relevant experience preferred)
- 1+ year of client service/support experience
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management (you’ll juggle multiple priorities)
- Advanced computer skills (MS Office, web searches, database lookups)
- Able to work independently, follow established procedures, and collaborate with remote teams
- Reliable, punctual, strong work ethic
- Willingness to work overtime when needed
