EquipmentShare is searching for a Compensation Program Manager to work remotely out of the United States.

EquipmentShare is seeking a Compensation Program Manager to serve as the analytics point person helping to transform EquipmentShare’s compensation program. This person will partner with leadership to analyze and guide compensation and benefit programs. Partners with stakeholders, especially Compensation and Total Rewards leadership to analyze and guide compensation and benefit programs.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Serve as a People Analytics compensation subject matter expert, partnering with leaders to transform our compensation program
  • Assists with a variety of analytical-based tasks to ensure compensation practices, strategies, programs, and policies/procedures are competitive and compliant
  • Supports the development, implementation and administration of pay structures, policies, programs and practices including base pay, salary administration, job descriptions and evaluations, salary/market pricing analysis, and incentive or pay-for-performance programs
  • Influences key leaders in a fast-growing Equipment Rental and Software company 
  • Analyzes compensation related issues for internal equity

  • Skills & Qualifications 
  • 4+ years of experience in compensation with a focus on technical requirements and analyzing compensation structures and programs
  • SQL experience required
  • Workday experience preferred
  • Python experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Psychology, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field
  • Expert-level Microsoft Excel or GoogleSheets skills
  • Desire to thrive in a high-paced environment
  • Strong ability to adapt and be flexible within the scope of a given project as vision, priorities, and timelines shift
