Job Purpose/Description

The Community Resource Outreach Coordinator will be responsible for building new provider relationships, raising awareness about Care Solace within the provider community, and supporting Care Solace’s positioning as a trusted partner in the provider community..

Duties & Responsibilities

• Conducting outreach to provider groups throughout the US to identify new partnerships in existing and new service areas
• Hosting regular provider focused trainings about how to engage with Care Solace
• Representing Care Solace at virtual and in-person provider-focused events
• Providing ongoing customer service and support to community providers
• Troubleshooting provider concerns and responding to questions and needs of community providers
• Completing provider database maintenance
• Responding to provider inquiries to learn more about Care Solace and those asking to be added to the Care Solace provider network.
• Receiving, reviewing, and processing HubSpot provider form submissions
• Providing support to cross-functional team projects as it relates to provider engagement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS) is required.; background in healthcare, communications, or a related field is a plus.
• 2-3 years experience in community outreach, including training individuals and groups
• Contacts with various hospitals and other mental healthcare professionals
• Ability to network with all levels of management and mental healthcare professionals
• Demonstrated ability to foster, develop and work in cross-functional relationships with a spirit of teamwork with the focus on the delivery of a positive customer outcome
• Demonstrated ability to perform in-service and seminars to clinical professionals
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent computer skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience in the healthcare and/or mental health industry

Working Conditions: This role can be remote. If located near our office in Cardiff, CA, hybrid work with 3 days in the office per week will be required. Some company events and travel may be required for this position.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Salary Description

$25/hour – $31/hour (Depending on location and experience)
