Description
We are seeking an experienced Project / Program Manager with a strong background in program and project management to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to update project roadmaps, facilitate information sharing, and support project management best practices to ensure effective delivery of marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Program and Project Management
- Work with the team to update project roadmaps, demonstrating value outcomes, key milestones, and major deliverables for all marketing initiatives.
- Facilitate information sharing and collaboration across different teams, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
- Support teams in using project management best practices to increase effectiveness in delivering marketing initiatives.
Administrative Support and Team Organization
- Organize key meeting agendas, ensuring all necessary participants are informed and prepared.
- Coordinate regular meetings with leadership to discuss project updates, strategic direction, and program performance.
- Track action items and decisions made during meetings to ensure accountability and follow-through.
- Participate in the budget management process to ensure the accuracy of accounting updates and the reconciliation of open risks and opportunities.
Systems Management and Data Integrity
- Ensure that our program tools (Teams, Miro, Airtable) are consistently updated and accurately reflect the status of marketing initiatives.
- Regularly audit Teams, Miro, and Airtable, working with respective team members to maintain high data integrity and reliability.
- Support team members in using Teams, Miro, and Airtable effectively and act as a point of contact for any system-related queries or licensing/technical issues.
- Ensure outside agency partners have appropriate access to our tools to see and update content as appropriate in a measured process.

- Work Hours/Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
- Training Schedule/Hours: Onboarding 1-2 weeks with each respective team, introduction to toolset and key partners, and 30/60/90 day reviews
- Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree
